Summer Supper Series Kickoff

For the evening of our Summer Supper Series, July 25th we are delighted to welcome Chef Quincy Vidrine for your special dining experience. Chef Vidrine is a graduate of the Nicholls State University John Folse Culinary Institute. Besides serving the LSU AG Center for more than 22 years, specializing in nutrition education, Chef Vidrine has contributed to Louisiana Kitchen and Culture Magazine. Chef Vidrine will prepare a delicious dinner featuring one of her personal favorites menus. Guests can look forward to an evening of outstanding cuisine, warm hospitality, and flavors that showcase her culinary expertise and love of cooking. Chef Vidrine will be available for questions and share her love of cooking with guests. Jackie will share untold stories about the old farmhouse.

Wear your favorite sun hat, you may win a prize for best decorated hat. Door prizes!
Refreshments: coffee, sweet tea, fruit, light sandwiches and sweet desserts and more in the back garden. Floral designer, John Grady Burns, will demonstrate creating your own small floral arrangements. John has authored four books, designed floral arrangements for the White House, the Blair House, owns and operates "The Nest" in Natchez, MS.
